Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Thank you for being part of our worship service today as, with gratitude, we strive to open our hearts and minds to God. We live in a world where more and more confusion about the truth settles in just as the cold of winter has been settling upon us this week. It’s easy to become discouraged these days as you look around at our world. Once Jesus told His Apostles that it is harder for a rich man to enter heaven than a camel the eye of the needle. At the Apostles’ wonder about who then could Jesus tells them that although with man that is impossible, with God it is very possible. Let’s remember this morning that all the things that seem impossible from our human perspective are not so with God. Let us trust in the God of the impossible and do our part to be the conduit for His solution to the condition of the world and our lives.

This Wednesday – October 11^th – Family Time & Daniel Bible Study

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our bi-weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, We will continue our Bible Study on the Book of Daniel.

Online Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday from 7:15PM to 7:45PM

We started the Zoom Bible reading with the book of Psalms. Please join for this encouraging practice of the 1^st century church on Mondays & Thursdays. 30 minutes each time. Use the same link as Sunday Zoom.

Bible Break – Ladies Bible Study

The Ladies Bible Study meets every Tuesday morning at 10AM. If you are not at work, please come and support this ministry as you grow in faith and understanding of the Word.

World Bible School

Beginning with the 1^st Wednesday of December, every month on 1^st Wednesday we will dedicate our time to an evangelistic effort through the World Bible School. Check out https://worldbibleschool.org/ and please let me know if you would be willing to be involved.
