Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Welcome to the gathering of those whose eyes have been opened by God’s grace. Those who confidently stake their lives through faith on the grace extended to them in the unparalleled sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that between God and mankind there is only one mediator, there is only One who can speak on behalf of the human race and that is Jesus Christ. For some, He is just a peasant who possibly lived for 33 years in Israel two millennia ago. For us, He is the power and love of God manifested in a way we can understand, God revealing Himself to us in a way we can grasp and trust with our eternity. Living 33 years He impacted the world in a way 33 men put together have not been able to. His name is venerated and hated at the same time by untold numbers. Ever wonder why? To those who haven’t He is foolishness, to us, who have, He is everything, by Him we define Love, Peace & Joy, by Him we define Life.

This Wednesday – February 28^th – Family Time & Bible Study

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our bi-weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, We will continue the new Bible Study on Faith Foundations with David Platt – Session 9 – Gospel Threads.

Online Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday – 7:15PM.

Please make plans to join us this week for group Bible reading. This is a time ( in addition to you own personal Bible reading time), that offers us the possibility to be together in the word just as the Apostles and the early Church left by Christ, our Lord was. 100% pleasing to the Lord, I believe.

Lunch & Fellowship

We would like to make you aware that after Sunday services we generally have several members who hang out at the building and share food together, potluck style. Bringing food is not a requirement to staying and eating so we invite you to stay and have lunch with us..
