Minister’s Corner

Good morning and if you are a father, then a Happy Father’s Day to you!

Thank you for being here this morning. We are grateful to be able to worship together, whether in person or via Zoom, and to express our love and devotion to God and to one another. As we gather, I pray that you are able to bring all your concerns, your fears, your anxieties and all that the world has piled up on you this week, to the feet of our Father and God and allow Him to take care of them. In faith, abandon all these to Him and you will see the truth of His love and care for you. He wants you to experience life anew. The Bible tells us that His mercies are new every morning for this reason, to know that nothing that plagues us is purposed by Him but our enemy as we allow him to deceive us. Re-focus on God today!

This Wednesday – June 24^th – Family Time & Bible Study

This Wednesday I invite those of you who are willing to come join us at the building from 6:00 PM for our Family Time dinner. Bring your takeout or brown bag and “social distancing” at the building we will share a meal together.

From 7:00 PM we will continue our study of the commands in the New Testament. We will have this study in person and also via Zoom for those who will be joining us from home.

Small Group - Zoom

I wanted to let all of you who may be part of a small group that your group is welcome to use Zoom if you would like to meet virtually at any time.

Bible Reading

We will continue the practice if Bible reading together Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This week we will finish Hebrews and James. I am blessed by this time together and hope you are as well. Once we have gone through the New Testament I would like to know if there are any of you willing to go through the Old Testament as well. We can figure out hours and frequency and other details.  Please remember to use the right link or get in touch with me if you don’t have it.

Services at the church building

We have had two Sundays of worship at our church building, observing as best we could all the guidelines of safety and so far, we’ve had no infections that we are aware of. Please continue to observe the practices of social distancing in service, usage of hand-sanitizer and masks as you are able to tolerate. Thank you.

We will not pass an offering tray/plate around. If you want to make your offering via cash or check please place it in the offering tray/plate as you exit the auditorium. Thank you.
